All products purchased from OneBasket website and Applications are eligible for returns within 10 days of delivery. Due to COVID situation we might ask you to destroy the product and offer you a full refund subject to inspection. 
You will cooperate with our inspection team by sending the pictures and explanation allowing him to assess the authenticity of the return request. In most cases we will refund your amount within 5 days to your original payment method.
